Job Description

We're seeking a highly motivated individual to lead our sales team at Samirian Chemical Inc. As a Business Development Director, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Growth: Lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets and develop strategies to expand the customer base.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and support both inside sales and outside sales teams, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Training and Development: Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Campaign Alignment: Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with sales objectives and drive business results.
  • Performance Reporting: Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports for senior leadership.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Leadership Experience: 5+ years of experience in chemical sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Management Skills: Proven ability to manage both inside and outside sales teams effectively.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Industry Expertise: Experience in the chemical industry is required.

The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. This is a remote work opportunity that requires strategic planning, team development, and direct involvement in high-value sales opportunities.
