Role Overview

The Business Development Manager will drive sales growth by identifying and closing enterprise-level opportunities within the chemical sector. This role demands a consultative approach to match customer needs with Agilis' innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve ambitious sales targets through strategic prospecting, relationship building, and solution-driven selling to large enterprise customers.
  • Develop in-depth expertise in Agilis' platform, products, and value propositions for customers.
  • Conduct compelling web demonstrations of Agilis' software for prospective clients.
  • Analyze customer needs and software ecosystems to create tailored proposals for various stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful presentations to win complex enterprise deals.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of proven enterprise software sales experience, preferably serving the chemical or industrial manufacturing sectors. A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, chemical engineering, or a related field is required. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential.
