Chemical Sales Director

Samirian Chemical Inc is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the chemical industry.
Compensation
The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$180,000, depending on experience.
Job Description
The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team to achieve revenue targets and fostering long-term customer relationships. This role requires strategic planning, team development, and direct involvement in high-value sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Set sales goals and monitor team performance to meet or exceed targets.
- Manage and support both inside sales (virtual sales team handling remote customer inquiries, orders, and follow-ups) and outside sales (field representatives engaging with customers in person to drive growth).
- Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to the sales team.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the customer base and increase market share.
- Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with sales objectives.
- Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports for senior leadership.
- Ensure seamless communication and coordination between inside and outside sales efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in chemical sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to manage both inside and outside sales teams effectively.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Experience in the chemical industry is required.
