Customer Success Manager

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at Voovio Technologies. This role will be responsible for supporting customers as they transition from sales prospects to active users of our products.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the downstream industry, with experience working in a refinery or chemical plant. They should be able to problem solve and adapt to challenges quickly, with strong communication skills both oral and written.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with existing customers on a regular basis to understand their challenges and implement policies and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Design and provide group and 1:1 training sessions to help customers get the most out of our tools and features.
- Document and track operator performance on simulation modules and collect other performance data for customer champions.
- Assist our operations team with tasks such as document review, business case analysis, and tool demonstrations.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. We offer competitive company plans, a 401k plan, and mileage reimbursement.
