Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Territory Account Manager to join our team at EquipmentShare. As a Territory Account Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. You will work closely with our sales team to develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase our market share and improve our customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and construction company principals
  • Conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers
  • Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase our market share and improve our customer experience
Requirements
  • First and foremost, we're looking for someone who's tenacious and innovative and possesses superior outside sales experience and skills with a proven sales track record
  • Pump, Power & HVAC (power generation, fluid solutions, heating & cooling solutions) Equipment or Industry knowledge (rental or construction) with experience in B2B is sales preferred, but not required
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Technical aptitude to adapt to the fast pace of a growing company and stay continuously educated on the latest EquipmentShare products and services
  • Competitive, self-motivated and results driven, but thrive in a team-oriented environment
