Salesforce System Administrator

Job Summary:
Nuvem, Inc is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce System Administrator to join our team. As a Salesforce System Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Salesforce instance, including upgrades, system configuration, and integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain Salesforce systems and products
Upgrade and configure Salesforce systems, including integration
Administer Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups
Grant or revoke user access to specific data, reports, and dashboards
Responsible for data hygiene, maintaining data quality and accuracy
Customize Salesforce applications and features using tools such as the Object Manager, Lightning App Builder, and Process Builder
Create and maintain automated workflows, approval processes, and process builder flows
Build reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales and marketing performance
Set up and manage communication channels - Chatter and email templates
User Support - Provide training, triage end user issues to determine root cause, solution and enhancement requests
Create and maintain comprehensive technical and end-user documentation; document training materials where needed
Requirements:
Minimum of 3+ years of Salesforce experience required
Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification
Preferred:
Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities
Knowledge of CLM (Conga) / Quote tools / OwnBackup a plus
Knowledge of JIRA and MS SharePoint a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written
Salary: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00
