As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for:
  • Selling products and services in a retail store environment
  • Maintaining professional interactions with customers and fellow employees
  • Meeting or exceeding personal sales goals on a monthly basis
  • Welcoming customers and offering assistance
  • Directing customers to displays and suggesting products to fit their needs
  • Advising customers on products and services
  • Helping customers make selections by building customer confidence
  • Accurately documenting and reporting sales
  • Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Ensuring workstations are clean, well-organized, and functional at all times
  • Submitting all paperwork completely and accurately

Job Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
  • Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
  • Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
