Dispensary Associate

The Dispensary Associate is responsible for interacting with patients and customers, educating and advising them on cannabis products, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Greets patients and customers, schedules appointments, and oversees patient intake and renewal procedures.
• Maintains patient records in compliance with State law and Company policy.
• Answers questions about the law and the Company from patients and customers.
• Assists patients and customers with selecting the best products, advises and educates them on safe dosage and other aspects of cannabis products.
• Assists with inventory and cash management, daily and weekly.
• Maintains a clean, safe, welcoming environment inside and outside the facility.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years' experience in a fast-paced client-service intensive industry, preferably in hospitality and retail.
• Able to pass a state-mandated background check.
• Computer and equipment operations necessary for running an office/retail center (POS systems, Word, Excel, office equipment).
• Familiarity with the use and benefits of medical cannabis preferred but not required.
• Outstanding phone and in-person customer service skills.
• Thriving to perform job duties in a fast-paced environment with the ability to stay even keeled in periods of stress.
• Demonstrated proactivity, flexibility, adaptability, and multi-tasking.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical conduct.
