We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Partner to join our Total Wireless team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our Direct Retail Partners, driving sales and distribution growth, and developing strategic plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary interface for Total Wireless Direct Retail Partners, developing and strengthening relationships to drive business growth.
- Account Strategy and Planning: Identify opportunities and lead account strategy and planning discussions with Direct Retail Partners to drive distribution growth.
- Business Development: Work closely with channel leadership to drive and manage distribution growth of your accounts, developing and executing plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Performance Management: Assess performance of each agent and retailer, developing tailored plans to improve productivity and meet targets.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Experience: Six or more years of relevant work experience in channel management, indirect channel, and/or direct retail partners.
- Travel: Willingness to travel up to 50% or less.
