Animal Care Specialist

Position: Veterinary Technicians & Receptionists
Location: Warner Center Pet Clinic
Are you enthusiastic about providing exceptional care for animals? Do you excel in a lively and challenging atmosphere? Warner Center Pet Clinic is seeking committed Veterinary Technicians and Receptionists (preferably with experience) to enhance our busy and expanding team.
Veterinary Technician Duties:- Assist veterinarians during medical examinations and surgical procedures.
- Administer medications, vaccinations, and various treatments to animals.
- Conduct diagnostic tests and laboratory analyses.
- Safely and compassionately handle and restrain animals.
- Deliver outstanding patient care and maintain effective communication with clients.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the clinic and its equipment.
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) or equivalent experience.
- Strong technical capabilities, including familiarity with diagnostic tools and laboratory work.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- Welcome and assist clients with a courteous and professional attitude.
- Coordinate appointments and manage the clinic's scheduling.
- Handle phone inquiries, emails, and other communications.
- Process payments and address billing questions.
- Maintain precise and organized records.
- Provide general administrative support to the team.
- Prior experience in a veterinary or medical office is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in office software and management systems.
- Ability to manage stressful situations with composure and efficiency.
