About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Sales Manager to join our team at Motus. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
  • Collaborate with the account management team to secure replacement and new business for revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive assessments to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
  • Develop and present business plans, proposals, and pricing strategies to internal teams and management.
  • Provide input to the product engineering team to ensure product roadmaps align with identified growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Multiple years of business development experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
