Strategy and Operations Manager

The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Strategy and Operations Manager to join our Employment team. This individual will play a critical role in developing and implementing supply-side initiatives, managing day-to-day operations, and analyzing data to drive employment outcomes for our Fellows.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in management consulting, business strategy, or sales enablement, with experience in conceptualizing, designing, and implementing data tracking systems and processes. They will be able to effectively collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including Fellows, employers, and internal executives, to design, implement, and scale initiatives.
Responsibilities- Define and implement processes to maintain high confidence in jobs data
- Partner with employers and Pursuit staff to redefine and roll out new behavioral and technical mock interview standards, job readiness, and returning advance assessment criteria
- Build out infrastructure for tracking employment activities and outcomes and measuring the impact of specific initiatives
- Build and maintain a calendar of recurring job opportunities, including apprenticeships and full-time programs
- Build a library of company-specific mock interview materials
- 3-5 years of experience in a management consulting, business strategy, or sales enablement role
- Experience in conceptualizing, designing, and implementing data tracking systems and processes
- Experience in successfully identifying and quantifying opportunities to improve operational effectiveness
- Proven and organized project management skills
- Comfort in leading meetings with both junior and senior stakeholders
Pursuit is a collaborative and passionate team that values transparency, respect, teamwork, and kindness. We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $100,000 - $120,000 annually, plus bonus and a full benefits package. We also offer unlimited PTO, an all-Pursuit summer break, and a flexible, hybrid work schedule.
