Revenue Operations and Strategy Manager

Nextdoor is a platform where neighbors connect and build stronger local communities. As a member of the Sales Operations team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and strategy for the company.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for the sales organization, driving revenue-generating projects, and conducting opportunity assessments.
You will also be responsible for shaping overall sales strategy and prioritization, managing operational tasks, and resolving business-related matters. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of relational databases and CRM platforms, as well as experience with data analysis and business intelligence tools.
This is a high-impact role that requires a self-starter with a keen attention to detail and the ability to navigate complex ideas effectively. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Account Operations, Marketing, Data Science, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Legal teams to drive business growth and strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and develop the people, processes, and systems needed to support Nextdoor's GTM strategy and execution
- Advising the company-wide Account Management strategy and planning customer lifecycles
- Overseeing Customer performance metrics and analytics and aiding with reports
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to support performance improvement programs
- Develop daily, weekly, and monthly financial and operational metrics dashboards and reports
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in consulting, business intelligence, analytics, finance, business/sales operations, sales strategy, or related field
- A highly analytical and inquisitive work style with keen attention to detail
- A strong understanding of relational databases and CRM platforms
- Experience with data analysis and business intelligence tools
- Ability to navigate through and communicate complex ideas effectively
What We Offer
Nextdoor offers a competitive compensation package, including a starting salary range of $135,000 - $180,000 on an annualized basis, and a meaningful equity grant.
