Director of Sales and Revenue Strategy

The Director of Sales and Revenue Strategy is a key leadership role at Royalton Park Avenue, responsible for driving top-line revenue growth and developing a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to achieve the hotel's revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve budgeted revenues and exceed market share targets.
  • Develop and implement a marketing communications plan to achieve the desired positioning of the hotel.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of market trends and competitive hotel analysis.
  • Manage the sales and marketing budget to support revenue attainment.
  • Act as the hotel's voice of the customer and communicate key issues and concerns at all levels of the organization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a sales leader, with prior hotel sales experience.
  • Experience dealing with ownership groups and asset management.
  • Proficient in managing and using sales automation and PMS systems.
  • Experience working collaboratively with revenue management.
  • Well-rounded knowledge of all market segments and channel sources.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Salary Range: $130,000 - $160,000
