Position: PR Manager

Reports To: VP of PR

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Public Relations & Influencer Marketing: Design and lead PR strategies that align with client objectives and key performance indicators.

  • Media Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media outlets to keep our clients in the spotlight.

Responsibilities Breakdown:

  • Media Relations Expertise: Develop and execute PR strategies that resonate across various media channels.

Leadership & Oversight:

  • Contribute to the growth of Lola Red's PR division through talent acquisition and new initiatives.

  • Manage budgets effectively to ensure agency success.

Business Development:

  • Collaborate with business development teams to create winning PR strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and continuous improvement.

Administrative Duties:

  • Monitor team hours and client budgets to maintain profitability.
  • Ensure client KPIs are met and tracked transparently.

Qualifications:

  • 7–9 years of experience in public relations, preferably with a strong media relations background.
  • 3+ years of agency experience is advantageous.
  • Proven track record in leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic PR, marketing, or communications.
  • Strong understanding of the media landscape and earned media strategies.
  • Excellent project management and budgeting skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
