Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic PR & Influencer Marketing Leadership: Drive the creation of PR strategies that align with client objectives and performance metrics.

  • Media Relations Execution: Maintain strong media connections to keep our clients prominently featured.

Responsibilities Breakdown:

Leadership & Oversight:

  • Guide your team to meet performance metrics and stay ahead of industry trends.

Business Development Focus:

  • Collaborate with the business development team to create and pitch strategic PR initiatives.
  • Actively seek new business opportunities to support Lola Red's growth.
  • Utilize industry knowledge to identify upsell opportunities and drive improvement.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Monitor team hours and client budgets to maintain profitability.
  • Ensure client performance metrics are met and tracked for transparency.

Qualifications:

  • 7–9 years of experience in public relations, preferably with a strong media relations background.
  • 3+ years of agency experience is advantageous.
  • Proven leadership in managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic PR, marketing, or communications.
  • Deep understanding of the media landscape and established media relationships.
  • Strong project management and budgeting capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
