About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Kinective. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and acquiring new clients for our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research on competitors, consumer behavior, market trends, product developments, and lead acquisition methods to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Lead Generation and Qualification: Analyze customer personas and target audience demographics to generate high-quality leads and compile lists of potential leads with relevant information.
  • Cold Calling and Email Campaigns: Make cold calls to connect with prospective customers or clients and develop and implement email campaigns to attract new leads.
  • Collaboration and Networking: Collaborate with sales teams to identify and convert prospective customers and attend networking events to build and maintain professional relationships.
Requirements
  • Strong Research and Analytical Skills: Possess strong research and analytical skills to analyze market trends and customer behavior.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Proactive and Results-Oriented: Be proactive and results-oriented with a strong work ethic to drive sales growth and meet targets.
  • Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team: Possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
Necessary Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Higher: Possess a high school diploma or higher.
  • 2+ Years of Experience in Business/Sales Development: Have 2+ years of experience in a business/sales development role.
  • Familiarity with CRM Software and Lead Generation Tools: Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools is preferred.
