As an Inbound Insurance Sales Agent, you will be responsible for assisting small business owners with their insurance needs, providing solutions that fit their unique requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming opportunities and present insurance solutions to local business owners.
- Follow up with prospects to close accounts and provide exceptional customer service.
- Cross-sell or pivot to other lines of insurance that benefit the client.
- Update and maintain agency management software with accurate account information.
Requirements
- Property/Casualty License
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, with experience in insurance-related technology.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
