About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Support professional to join our team at MPI Unlimited, LLC. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success by providing exceptional support to our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Workflow Management: Facilitate the organization of workflow and appointments through efficient management of correspondence, customer data, and task assignments.
  • Lead Management: Oversee the management of incoming internet leads originating from various sources, including company websites and external partners.
  • Client Engagement: Engage in proactive outreach through phone calls, texting, webinars, and other communication channels to initiate client interactions and appointment scheduling.
  • Customer Service: Demonstrate professionalism in responding to customer inquiries through in-person interactions and telephone conversations, directing queries appropriately.
  • Confidentiality: Safeguard operational integrity by upholding strict confidentiality standards while handling sensitive customer information.
  • Record Keeping: Utilize efficient filing and retrieval systems to maintain accurate historical records for future reference.
  • Communication: Manage phone calls and emails proficiently, scheduling, confirming, and recording appointments in the company's database.
  • Team Collaboration: Effectively communicate with agents, team members & leadership to drive the overall success of the organization.
  • Goal Achievement: Actively participate in team endeavors, achieving aligned goals and objectives through collaborative efforts.
  • Resource Allocation: Provide precise appointment forecasts and strategically allocate resources to meet targeted objectives.
  • Special Projects: Assist in special projects and/or other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Experience: Experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, cold calling, in-person sales or a related field is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to engage and persuade over the phone.
  • Problem-Solving: Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Technology: Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in using technology for communication.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Google Workspace and other relevant software.
