Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Specialty Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with referral sources in designated sales territories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Formulate and execute business plans to achieve and exceed forecasted annual sales revenue goals.
  • Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including healthcare professionals and organizations.
  • Territory Management: Develop and implement territory plans to optimize sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on CSI Pharmacy's products and services, and educate referral sources on their benefits and applications.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Reporting and Administration: Maintain accurate records and submit timely reports to management.
Requirements
  • Education: College degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum two years medical sales or equivalent experience, with a strong background in business development and territory management.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with referral sources and internal stakeholders.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to travel regularly, with occasional overnight stays, and to lift up to 20 pounds.
