Job Summary

We are seeking an Administrative and Training Coordinator to join our team at Tanaq Environmental, LLC. This role will be responsible for maintaining effective team and office workflow, overseeing office services across onsite and remote locations, and supporting employee training efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain office operations and procedures, ensuring all workstations are set up and functioning properly.
  • Facilitate various clerical duties, including accepting deliveries and packages, checking the mailbox, and completing requests from the Property Manager.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel for staff as needed, and record meeting minutes for various company and project meetings.
  • Review, approve, and pay vendor invoices, and oversee employee store inventory and design catalogue items with correct Tanaq branding.
  • Provide high-level editorial review and support to the Quality Control Team on various documents and deliverables.
  • Manage miscellaneous project requests, including ordering vehicle stickers and project flyers.
  • Coordinate company activities, such as quarterly group outings, to provide staff an opportunity to engage with one another and build rapport.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to plan and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with cloud-based tools, document management tools, and online meeting platforms.
  • Strong technical and persuasive writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to handle multiple, simultaneous assignments at various stages of development and meet tight deadlines.
