Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at AssuredPartners in Denver, CO. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our office, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome visitors and announce them to the appropriate personnel, maintaining a professional lobby appearance.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, determine the purpose of the caller, and forward the call to the relevant personnel.
  • Use Microsoft Office Suite to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as directed.
  • Schedule activities and make associated announcements, leading event planning efforts as needed.
  • Process daily shipping via an online system and maintain and track IT equipment.
  • Assist with meeting planning, document preparation, shipping materials, and other tasks as required.
  • Prepare stock inventory of office and breakroom supplies, compose routine correspondence and emails, and perform routine copy and binding projects.
  • Copy data, compile records and reports, and assist the Office Manager with special projects.
  • Input and retrieve data from various computer systems.

Requirements
  • A high school diploma or GED and related administrative work experience and/or training.
  • Tech savvy, with the ability to navigate multiple systems, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Diligence and attention to detail, with the ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 45 pounds.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
