Administrative Assistant (Full-Time)

Denver, CO (Downtown / NW Denver)

Our small professional office is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support to our team. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for managing our reception area, handling incoming calls, and making outbound calls to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to our team, including drafting letters, correspondence, and filling in forms
  • Manage our reception area, including greeting clients and visitors
  • Handle incoming calls and make outbound calls to clients
  • Perform general office duties, including filing and workflow processing

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience in office management or administrative assistance
  • Excellent customer service skills, both in person and via phone
  • Basic MS Word and Excel knowledge
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Ability to work well in a small-team environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
