Position Summary:

As a Systems Manager, you will be instrumental in enhancing Little Sleepies' systems infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and optimizing operational systems such as Netsuite, Shopify, 3PL, Returns, PIM, and Integrations, as well as overseeing the comprehensive testing of newly developed features and processes within these systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute significantly to the development and support of the various systems utilized by the business.
  • Ensure the maintenance and optimization of all systems, managing the end-to-end testing of new features and processes.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for specific systems, collaborating with the broader business to ensure seamless daily operations.
  • Design and create centralized templates in Notion & Whimsical, providing a resource library for clients' technical documentation and training.
  • Conduct business analysis, define requirements, and scope technical projects.
  • Establish operational process flows and technical specifications.
  • Document operator experiences and create training resources.
  • Facilitate communication between third parties and internal stakeholders regarding specifications.
  • Oversee System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Manage Cutover and Go-Live processes, along with Post Go-Live Hypercare and backlog management.
  • Provide data and reporting support to stakeholders, including Finance and Operations teams.
  • Assist in the delivery of various projects by offering technical system-focused insights, including system implementations and product enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a technical, systems, or IT role within the ecommerce sector.
  • Experience in a technical solutions environment, particularly in a DTC retail business utilizing Shopify, an ERP, and 3PL.
  • Specialized knowledge to support Project Managers and Engineers throughout project lifecycles.
  • Ability to provide internal training on systems as needed.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid schedule, attending the headquarters on a weekly basis.
