ACHIEVE SUCCESS |As the Director of eCommerce, you will partner closely with our Head of Website to provide strategic direction, optimize performance, and collaborate with UX/UI designers to elevate user experience. You will also oversee technical operations, manage SEO and SEM initiatives, and lead a high-performing eCommerce team.

  • Strategic Direction: Formulate and execute comprehensive eCommerce strategies that align with HexClad's business objectives, enhancing the online shopping experience and driving revenue growth.
  • Website Management: Direct the website development team, overseeing the design, development, and implementation of new features and functionalities to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze website performance metrics, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing solutions to improve site speed, usability, and overall effectiveness.
  • User Experience (UX) Collaboration: Work with UX/UI designers to ensure the website is intuitive, visually appealing, and optimized for a seamless customer journey across all devices.
  • Content Oversight: Manage the creation and upkeep of website content, ensuring it is current, accurate, and consistent with brand messaging and marketing efforts.
  • Technical Management: Oversee the technical aspects of the website and its integration with third-party systems and tools.
  • SEO and SEM Strategy: Collaborate with the digital marketing team to implement SEO and SEM strategies, enhancing search engine visibility and driving organic traffic.
  • Analytics and Insights: Utilize web analytics tools to monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Project Leadership: Lead and manage eCommerce projects from conception to execution, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and alignment with business goals.
  • Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with external vendors and partners, including web developers, designers, and marketing agencies, to ensure successful project delivery and optimal performance.
  • Customer Insights: Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify challenges and opportunities for improvement, implementing changes to enhance the overall user experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (4+ years) in eCommerce management, with a strong emphasis on website development and optimization.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of web development technologies, eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento), and industry best practices.
  • Strong grasp of UX/UI principles, SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent analytical capabilities, with proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
  • Demonstrated leadership and project management skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • A passion for food and cooking, with culinary experience being a plus.
