Melrose Mac Inc is on the lookout for a skilled Ecommerce Product Merchandising Lead to enhance our team.
We seek a proactive and experienced individual to join our Digital team.
Your role will encompass managing all tradeable elements on the website, including overseeing the product taxonomy, visually merchandising all category pages, and optimizing cross-sell and upsell opportunities through effective product recommendations.
A strong commercial acumen is essential, along with the ability to analyze data and a comprehensive understanding of product offerings and brand positioning.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing online store management and ensuring accuracy in product information.
- Building and publishing the product catalog, managing categories, navigation, filters, and product sorting.
- Implementing cross-selling and upselling strategies, as well as managing on-site search and advertising.
You will be expected to visually merchandise all category pages in a commercially appealing manner, responding promptly to market trends while maintaining a strong visual aesthetic.
Collaboration with the Marketing and Sales teams is crucial for planning and executing product uploads and significant launches, including new collections and promotional periods.
Additionally, you will work closely with the Digital Marketing Team to plan and curate weekly campaigns across various channels (CRM, Social Media). Coordination with the Traffic Acquisition Manager will be necessary to optimize landing pages for paid traffic initiatives.
Maintaining editorial landing pages to support marketing strategies and brand content is also part of your role.
Your active participation in testing new features will be vital for continuous optimization, driving Average Order Value (AOV) and conversion rates.
You will prepare and present Online Sales reports segmented by brand and region.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar ecommerce visual merchandising role.
- Proficiency in Content Management Systems (CMS).
- Strong grasp of sales attribution models and their application in tracking conversion rates.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools, particularly Google Analytics.
- Strong numerical skills and comfort with data manipulation.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey data insights and actionable strategies.
- Proficient in Adobe Magento, Excel, Tableau, and Google Analytics.
