About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Part-Time Ecommerce Sales Coordinator to join our team at Emerging Blue, Inc. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales, customer service, and e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Fulfillment: Execute sales orders through our ordering system, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
  • Inventory Management: Collaborate with our warehouse team to maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring that products are available for sale and shipped to customers in a timely manner.
  • Customer Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication, ensuring that their needs are met and concerns are addressed.
  • Sample Management: Work closely with our design team to ensure timely sending of samples to customers, facilitating the sales process and building strong relationships.
  • Website Management: Assist in maintaining the accuracy of product information on our website, ensuring that customers have access to the most up-to-date information.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, with experience in Shopify/Squarespace, Zendesk/Salesforce, Mailchimp/Klaviyo a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
