Role Overview
Complex NTWRK is in search of an eCommerce Risk Management Expert who is dedicated to minimizing financial losses stemming from fraudulent activities. The ideal candidate will effectively reduce risk exposure across our platforms while fostering greater confidence in accepted orders and payments.

Your responsibilities will include formulating and executing strategies that maintain a robust financial and payments ecosystem, ensuring a secure and trustworthy marketplace for both users and sellers.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze seller accounts and customer transactions to detect patterns and predict risky behaviors that could lead to financial losses.
- Scale risk management processes to address an expanding array of payment risks.
- Collaborate with internal partners to devise solutions that mitigate fraud risks across various seller categories and payment methods.
- Prepare and present monthly reports detailing the effectiveness of your initiatives and areas requiring attention.
- Evaluate data to identify potential process improvements; work with internal teams to prioritize and implement changes consistently across brands.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in fraud prevention, data analysis, and risk management for eCommerce platforms.
- Proven track record in reviewing orders and transactions, identifying fraud trends, and establishing fraud prevention rules.
- Familiarity with Shopify and Stripe is essential.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to distill complex issues into actionable insights.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
