Position Overview:
As an IT Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing various projects, collaborating with clients, and delivering management reports. Your role will also include providing training on software such as QuickBooks and offering additional consulting services.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage client relationships and expectations effectively.
2. Supervise a team of 5-7 accounting services professionals, ensuring their development and engagement.
3. Oversee training initiatives for staff, identifying knowledge gaps and enhancing our resource library.
4. Conduct detailed reviews of recurring project workflows on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
5. Ensure accurate payroll tax form preparation and processing services.
6. Provide consulting on employee retention credits and other payroll tax incentives.
7. Participate in the development of standardized service offerings and workload management strategies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Public Accounting.
- Strong management skills to support the Accounting Services Team.
- CPA License preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and related software.
