Job Title: Senior Project Manager

RMA Companies is a leading provider of testing, inspection, and certification services. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team.

Job Summary

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This will involve managing project schedules, budgets, and resources, as well as coordinating with stakeholders and team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including owners, architects, and subcontractors, to ensure project requirements are met
  • Lead and manage project teams to achieve project objectives
  • Develop and implement project plans, including risk management and mitigation strategies
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with experience using project management software and tools
