Job Title: IT Technical Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Technical Project Manager to join our team at Softworld Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex IT projects, overseeing project planning and execution, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple IT projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources to meet project deadlines.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT staff, project stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure project success.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring adherence to IT standards and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on healthcare and construction projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong ability to prioritize and allocate resources.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to assess, analyze, and monitor project progress and risks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including IT staff, project stakeholders, and external vendors.
  • Experience with sound project management methodologies, principles, and techniques, including Agile and Waterfall.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with IT infrastructure and equipment, including desktop equipment, clinical equipment, infrastructure, low voltage systems, etc.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a complex environment involving rapidly changing and competing priorities, heavy workloads, constant disruption, and highly fluid authority.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to explain technical problems in non-technical terms.
