Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maximizing profitability, exceeding client expectations, and delivering high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure efficient service delivery and monitor health and safety protocols.
  • Prepare estimates, bids, and proposals to secure new projects.
  • Lead and mentor other project managers and field staff to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Manage large public works and Federal government projects, including supervising teams and interacting with stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, schedules, and costs.
  • Oversee workforce training and development, including process improvement and project management methodologies.
  • Establish performance standards and professional development goals for the team.
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager with increasing responsibility.
  • BS degree in Construction Management or equivalent industry experience and licensure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain professionalism under tight deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and process-oriented, with critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to organize work, set priorities, meet deadlines, and follow up on assignments with minimal supervision.
