Position Overview:

Join our esteemed catering team as a Banquet Prep Cook. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional culinary experiences at our renowned venues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and organize your workstation with all essential supplies.
  • Cook and prepare various dishes for service, including tasks such as chopping vegetables, butchering meats, and crafting sauces and dressings.
  • Maintain cleanliness by wrapping and storing unused food items.
  • Ensure all food preparation areas are tidy and organized.
  • Uphold the highest standards of quality in food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
  • Focus on consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all dishes.
  • Adhere to all nutrition and sanitation regulations as well as safety standards.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure timely service of all menu items.
  • Support fellow kitchen staff to facilitate a smooth service.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to prepare menu items efficiently.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with colleagues and guests.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by supervisors or management.
