We are seeking a Senior Program Manager who will lead a program aimed at enhancing Amazon Business's capability to manage our product portfolio effectively.

This position will be responsible for shaping and influencing our long-term strategic planning roadmap, striving to unify all technology initiatives within Amazon Business into a cohesive program.

The successful candidate will collaborate with senior leadership, technology and product leaders, business and sales stakeholders, and functional heads across Amazon to manage, communicate, and influence the strategic technology portfolio while promoting the adoption of SAFe and other Agile/LEAN methodologies.

We expect a high standard for customer and stakeholder experiences, driving collaboration across all leadership levels.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • 10+ years of experience working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • 10+ years of program or project management experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in managing, analyzing, and presenting results to senior leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.
  • Experience in defining program requirements and utilizing data and metrics for improvement.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proven experience in delivering projects within defined scope, time, budget, and quality parameters.
