Job Overview

As a Lead Technical Program Manager for GREF Technology, you will play a pivotal role in steering programs that leverage technology to foster a dynamic and innovative workspace environment. Your contributions will directly impact the development of products aimed at enhancing the Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) corporate real estate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing large-scale, intricate technology initiatives across diverse teams and organizations in a global context.
  • Formulating comprehensive strategies for extensive programs throughout all phases, from inception to execution.
  • Assembling project teams, designating individual roles, and identifying necessary resources to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
  • Utilizing exceptional technical, analytical, and communication skills to convey ideas effectively to a broad audience, including engineers and senior leadership.
  • Defining project scopes, gathering requirements, and crafting detailed specifications while coordinating efforts to implement new features.
  • Conducting cost-benefit analyses of feature selections and disseminating findings across the organization.
  • Leading projects independently and delivering expert-level solutions based on thorough business requirement analyses.
  • Identifying opportunities for process enhancements through collaborative efforts across the organization.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years in technical product or program management.
  • 7 years of direct experience collaborating with engineering teams.
  • 3 years of software development experience.
  • 5 years of technical program management experience working closely with software engineering teams.
  • Proven experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, establishing processes, and coordinating release schedules.
Preferred Skills

Preferred qualifications include:

  • 5 years of experience in project management disciplines, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.
  • Experience in defining KPIs/SLAs to drive multi-million dollar operations and reporting to senior management.
