Role Overview
The Prime Video team is in search of a Senior Program Manager to spearhead and oversee the execution of critical initiatives within our core technology division. This role is pivotal in enhancing the viewing experience for users across mobile devices, smart TVs, and web platforms. You will collaborate with various teams both within and outside of Prime Video, gaining comprehensive insights into our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead high-impact projects that require exceptional leadership, strategic foresight, and robust technical knowledge.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to understand the latest advancements in video technology and implement large-scale video services.
- Drive innovative technical solutions that will shape the future of Prime Video globally.
- Influence the development of new features and optimize user experiences across diverse platforms, including mobile, smart TVs, and web applications.
- Regularly communicate with business, product, and technology leaders, advocating for customer needs and experiences.
About the Team
The Media Supply Chain team, part of the Content Foundations Organization within Prime Video, is responsible for orchestrating and publishing video, audio, and subtitles from partners to the Prime Video catalog. This team also establishes and manages technical specifications utilized by partners for content onboarding, including various subscription models.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management collaborating directly with software engineering teams.
- 3+ years of software development experience.
- 7+ years of experience in technical product or program management.
- Proven track record in managing programs across diverse teams, developing processes, and coordinating release timelines.
- Experience in building and assessing system-level technical designs.
- Expertise in creating and executing product and technical roadmaps.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in project management disciplines, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.
- Experience in defining KPIs and SLAs to drive multi-million dollar business outcomes and reporting to senior leadership.

The base pay for this position ranges significantly based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
