Basic Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience collaborating directly with engineering teams.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical product or program management.
  • 3+ years of software development experience.
  • 5+ years of technical program management experience working with software engineering teams.
  • Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, establishing processes, and coordinating release schedules.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in project management disciplines, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.
  • Experience in managing projects across cross-functional teams, developing sustainable processes, and coordinating release schedules.
  • Experience in defining KPIs/SLAs to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.

Compensation

Our compensation reflects the labor costs across various US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is determined by several factors, including market location, and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon offers a comprehensive compensation package that may include equity, sign-on bonuses, and a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
