Job Title: Account Manager, Club Channel

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver Long Range Planning and Annual Line Review presentations to accomplish 4P objectives and achieve annual plan.
  • Partner with Business Unit Sales Strategy and Channel Team Leader in managing trade spend to drive profitable net sales and within trade spend guidelines.
  • Offer recommendations against all 4P objectives and own the 4P objectives for Edgewell.
  • Work with Customer service, Supply, and Demand teams to monitor inventory vs forecast.
  • Conduct on-going business analyses including account specific reports, Business reviews, new item tracking, pricing reports, internal metric tracking, and other account score-carding requirements.
  • Measure the effectiveness and efficiency of all promotions.
  • Leverage category data, in-market visits, and online activity to gain category expertise.
  • Own Customer Event management in Plato inclusive of event set up, updates, with direct management of some retailers.
  • Penetrate Edgewell Business Units to build relationships across multiple, cross-functional departments.
  • Own the new item setup process at customers inclusive of new item forms, IDM, price list.
  • Partner with ecommerce Manager to ensure all Digital content is up to date and accurate for Channel customers.
Requirements:
  • 4-year college degree
  • Minimum 3 years direct sales, category management, sales operations experience
  • Solid analytical skills
  • IRI data experience
  • Strong project management, planning and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and able to independently structure and lead complex analyses
  • Working knowledge of syndicated data (Circana)
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Talented written and presentation skills
Work Environment:
  • HYBRID (Preferred location in the New England area)

The salary range for this position is $84,000 - $115,000. Actual base salary offered to a candidate may vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance.
