We are seeking a Content Strategy Specialist for a prominent financial services corporation. In this role, you will be part of the Content team, tasked with designing and implementing content strategies that adhere to industry standards and meet project/platform requirements, including business goals, user needs, compliance regulations, and timelines. This position is a 6-month contract with potential for extension and possible transition to a permanent role. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement content strategies that align with industry standards and fulfill project/platform requirements, including business goals, user needs, compliance regulations, and timelines.
  • Communicate and uphold quality standards within the Design team through effective creative guidance and feedback.
  • Oversee the structural design of platform and product experiences, focusing on navigation, labeling, and user flow. Develop metadata to enhance search and browsing capabilities, integrating with broader navigation and data metrics.
  • Deliver content components, such as user interface language and product education, across the CRM platform.
  • Utilize and contribute to various data sources, including research findings and analytics, to identify and address user challenges and assess impact.
  • Engage with and actively contribute to content systems, including standards, voice and tone guidelines, messaging frameworks, and accessibility resources.
  • Present work and articulate content decisions to senior design leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with content governance and approval processes.
  • Collaborate with the company-wide content design team to enhance user experience and maintain consistency across channels and experiences.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in managing customer-facing content, UX, and UI through ticketing systems.
  • Handle content modifications such as disclaimers and design file updates primarily via ticket management.
  • Create new content and revise existing content.
  • Define content logic, advocate for decisions to stakeholders, and contribute strategically to new features and content design.
  • Approximately 60% of the role will be tactical, focused on ticket management, while 40% will be strategic, involving project planning and collaboration with partners to realize ideas.
  • The candidate must proactively communicate with project teams to align deliverables with project timelines.
