About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Operations Manager to join our team at Allied Universal. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of security personnel to ensure the effective implementation of security protocols and procedures.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve security operations and reduce risk.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and effective security program.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local law enforcement and emergency response agencies.
  • Implement and maintain security systems, including access control and CCTV.
  • Conduct regular training and drills to ensure security personnel are prepared to respond to emergencies.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and maintain security equipment and supplies.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure security operations are effective and efficient.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in security operations or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in security operations, including experience in supervising and managing a team.
  • Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to make decisions quickly and effectively in emergency situations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • College degree in a related field, such as business administration or law enforcement.
  • Certification in security operations, such as ASIS International Certified Protection Professional (CPP).
  • Law enforcement or military experience.
