Requirements
  • 5+ Years of Construction Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience as a construction foreman or in a similar role.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience managing crews and subcontractors.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to climb and maintain balance on scaffold/ladder, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in adverse weather conditions.
  • Education and Certifications: High school diploma or equivalent, with a valid driver's license.
