Job SummaryThe Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth within a defined geographical territory, focusing on existing and potential customers, and projects exceeding $5 million. This role requires a strong understanding of our services, including construction, industrial, events, government, and agricultural sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and field operations to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Analyze competitor activities and identify opportunities for business development.
- Network with businesses in the territory, attend industry events, and conferences to build relationships and drive sales growth.
- Work closely with sector account managers, key account managers, national account managers, and territory sales managers to develop sales strategies and leverage business intelligence.
- Produce quotes, orders, and sales reports, and document sales activities using Salesforce.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Meet sales goals and targets.
- Strong motivation for sales and territory management.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to sell value and differentiate United Site Services from competitors.
- Prospecting, cold calling, and referral generation skills.
- Strong PC proficiency (Microsoft Office, CRM, etc.).

- Lead sourcing, closing, and negotiating skills.
- Time management and organization skills.
- Excellent follow-up skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and proof of current automobile insurance.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all United Site Services products and services.
