Job Summary

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth within a defined geographical territory, focusing on existing and potential customers, and projects exceeding $5 million. This role requires a strong understanding of our services, including construction, industrial, events, government, and agricultural sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and field operations to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Analyze competitor activities and identify opportunities for business development.
  • Network with businesses in the territory, attend industry events, and conferences to build relationships and drive sales growth.
  • Work closely with sector account managers, key account managers, national account managers, and territory sales managers to develop sales strategies and leverage business intelligence.
  • Produce quotes, orders, and sales reports, and document sales activities using Salesforce.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
