Key Responsibilities:
- Directing and supervising the on-site construction team.

- Reviewing project schedules and budgets to ensure compliance.
- Ensuring that quality benchmarks are consistently met.
- Ordering materials and managing on-site equipment and supplies.

- Keeping accurate records of site personnel, including daily reports and requests for information.
- Engaging with inspection authorities to facilitate project approvals.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a construction management role.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
- Experienced with scheduling software and design applications such as CAE and CAD.
- Skilled in capturing and managing digital documentation.
- Physical capability to lift 40 pounds and operate heavy machinery.
- Ability to interpret and construct based on architectural drawings and specifications.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
