Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Team Manager to join our team at Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. As a Security Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of security personnel and ensuring the safety and security of our clients' datacenters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of security personnel, including administrative officers, responders, and other security personnel.
  • Client Service: Provide exceptional client service and support, including responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Security Operations: Oversee the day-to-day security operations at the datacenter, including ensuring compliance with security policies and procedures.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of security personnel.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, including security incident reports and other relevant information.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate degree in a relevant field, such as security management or a related field, and 4 or more years of experience in the security industry or business management.
  • Experience: Proven experience in security management, including team leadership and client service.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, security personnel, and other stakeholders.
  • Certifications: Possess relevant security certifications, such as a security management certification.
