Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Security Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient engineering and operability of our Corporate LAN/WAN, network security, and compatibility of programs installed on network servers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Corporate Information Security Systems, including user accounts, intrusion detection/prevention, firewalls, and log analysis systems.
  • Engineer, design, and installation of information security solutions, including patching and vulnerability management.
  • Monitor and maintain security settings, review logs for efficiency and security, and generate reports.
  • Ensure senior management is informed of critical events and situations within the department.
  • Provide direct technical assistance and support to co-workers as needed.
  • Monitor, maintain, and control network efficiency using appropriate tools.
  • Assist in the support of communications devices, such as routers and switches.
  • Recommend ways to improve efficiency of Information Security operations.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of related experience in networking and Microsoft Windows operating systems.
  • Preferred college/university degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of networking and security concepts.
  • Experience with patching solutions, anti-virus solutions, intrusion detection and prevention systems, and vulnerability management platforms.
  • Several industry-standard Information Security certifications or appropriate training and experience.
