Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at QMEX Wyo and Q Investments. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing restaurant operations in partnership with or in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Development: Foster a positive restaurant culture by having fun and maintaining a positive attitude. Train, develop, and coach team members; ensure systems for training employees are fully implemented and followed.
  • Guest Experience: Treat guests and employees with respect and dignity. Comply with all state and federal labor laws and regulations. Manage daily activities to achieve excellence in restaurant operational performance.
  • Operational Excellence: Hold restaurant team accountable for consistently delivering excellent guest service and food quality in adherence to brand systems, procedures, and food safety requirements to provide a consistently positive guest experience.
  • Financial Management: Monitor costs and adherence to budget and restaurant goals. Partner with the restaurant manager in using management information tools to analyze restaurant operational and financial performance.
  • Brand Ambassador: Maintain brand image by ensuring restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, and excellent service. Act as an Ambassador of QDOBA.
