Position Summary:

The On-Premise Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and expanding our extensive portfolio in a highly competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and nurture effective relationships with accounts to enhance the company's reputation.
  • Represent our distinguished brands in a vibrant market.
  • Increase brand visibility within existing accounts.
  • Ensure proper merchandising of accounts with both permanent and temporary displays.
  • Manage Accounts Receivable collections in compliance with state regulations.
  • Identify and develop new accounts to expand our distribution network.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding credit, delivery, and product information promptly.
  • Execute monthly and quarterly business priorities effectively.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement brand development initiatives and distribute promotional materials.
  • Work alongside the beer team to follow up on leads and assist with beverage programs.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

A degree or equivalent experience is preferred. Candidates should possess:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Aged 21 or older to comply with federal and state regulations.
  • A passion for spirits and exceptional customer service skills.
  • The ability to cultivate relationships with clients.
  • Experience in spirits sales, particularly in mixology, is advantageous.
  • Strong physical capability to lift and move heavy items regularly.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Comfort with technology.
  • A positive, approachable attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and shift between various responsibilities seamlessly.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a solicitors license.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Independence and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in English; bilingual skills in Spanish are a plus.
  • Vehicle ownership is required.
