Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing Sales Team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in generating lead flow, managing current accounts, and providing exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales leads through initial phone or email contact, engaging the account, and preparing them for the Sales Manager. Connect with as many leads as possible to encourage the purchase of our products.
  • Account Management: Stay in close contact with existing accounts or leads, creating brand awareness, educational opportunities, and requesting referrals. Coordinate in-person meetings and calls between new clients and Account Managers.
  • Customer Support: Respond to calls and emails from clients, identify issues, and suggest future or new products or services.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including calendar management, accounting for day-to-day meetings, calls, and movements.
  • Communication: Communicate with multiple teams across the organization and assist with project management.
  • Performance Metrics: Maintain and review KPIs, agreements, and other reports as needed.
  • Business Development: Facilitate the follow-through of business development deals and manage a large volume of email replies.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration is required.
  • 1-2 years of B2B sales administration experience within the consumer goods industry.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calls, and sales performance metrics.
  • Experience with CRM software and MS Excel, analyzing spreadsheets and charts.
  • This is a fully on-site role.
