Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture effective relationships with accounts, enhancing the company's reputation.
- Represent our distinguished brands in a vibrant market environment.
- Increase brand visibility within existing accounts.
- Ensure proper merchandising with permanent and temporary point-of-sale materials.
- Conduct effective accounts receivable collections in compliance with state regulations.
- Identify and develop new accounts to expand our distribution network.
- Address customer inquiries regarding credit, delivery, product details, and other concerns promptly.
- Implement monthly and quarterly business activity priorities.
- Build relationships with relevant account personnel and supplier teams to enhance customer service.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to execute brand development initiatives and promotional material placements.
- Work alongside the beer team to follow up on leads, consult on beverage programs, and assist with product tastings.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Educational Requirements:
- Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred, but not mandatory.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Must be at least 21 years old to comply with federal and state regulations.
- A passion for spirits, outstanding customer service skills, and the ability to cultivate customer relationships.
- Experience in spirits sales or liquor store operations is preferred.
- Ability to regularly lift and move heavy items.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable with technology.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to take initiative.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing job functions throughout the day.
- Must obtain and maintain a solicitor's license.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in reading and writing in English; bilingual (Spanish) skills are a plus but not required.
- Vehicle ownership is necessary.
