Key Responsibilities:

We currently have an opening for a VIP Specialist within our operations. In this role, the VIP Specialist will be responsible for articulating all features and advantages to service customers regarding new vehicle upgrades and refinancing options, while ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction.

Daily Duties Include:
  • Welcoming customers in the Service Drive to identify potential new vehicle opportunities.
  • Assessing each customer's vehicle requirements through inquiry and attentive listening.
  • Guiding customers in selecting their ideal vehicle.
  • Completing all necessary documentation promptly and accurately.
  • Introducing customers to the Sales Manager.
  • Providing the selected vehicle's paperwork to the VIP Sales Manager.
  • Conducting a facility walkthrough for customers.
  • Scheduling the initial service appointment.
  • Maintaining a follow-up system for vehicle owners.
Position Requirements:
  • Participation in sales meetings and training sessions.
  • Upholding a professional appearance.
  • Exceptional communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Maintaining a polished and professional appearance.
  • A high school diploma is required.
  • Proficient in computer usage, internet navigation, and smartphone applications.
  • A valid driver's license is mandatory.
